Stucco embossed aluminum jacketing is the premier protective outer surface for mechanical insulation systems, including pipes, vessels and equipment. It helps protect the insulation and underlying pipe/vessel from physical damage, UV exposure, corrosive environments and water.
Stucco embossed aluminum jacketing surface is like orange pattern, made from the smooth finish aluminum jacketing. Most common used alloy for embossed aluminum insulation jacketing is 1100, 1060, 3003, 3105 and 5005. 3003 is better in anti-rust performance than 1060.
Aluminum jacketing is available in smooth, stucco embossed, corrugated (cross-crimped) finishes, with or without moisture barrier (craft paper and poly surlyn). The stucco-like surface texture hides small imperfections and scratches caused by physical damage during or after installation. This finish also reduces reflectivity while still looking very professional. Lastly, the use of stucco embossed finish provides a small increase to the rigidity and strength of the aluminum jacketing.
Haomei Aluminum stucco embossed aluminum jacket is typically manufactured using alloys 1060 or 3003 which have very similar composition and performance and are considered interchangeable for use as insulation jacketing, in compliance with standard ASTM B 209.

(1) embossed to increase its strength, ductility and lifetime.
(2) better durability and effectively reduce rowing, rubbing, touching damage and waste.
(3) will not cause strong light reflecting and can have a good vision effect.
(4) protect the aluminum sheet from oxidization, damp proof and anti-corrosion.
